Summer Camp FAQ
-
You will fill out the initial camp registration form, and shortly after registration is completed you will receive a confirmation email from camp@kidimu.org with an invoice and paperwork. To secure your space in summer camp, we must receive your payment and paperwork.
-
We strive to make camp registration as equitable as possible. We have chosen to open registration for members on Saturday, January 14th at 10:00am, and non-member registration on Monday, January 16th at 5:00pm to mitigate conflicts for registering during typical working hours.
-
If you are requesting a scholarship for 2023 summer camp, please complete the camp registration form and make sure to check the box “I’m requesting a scholarship”, and we will follow-up with you the week of January 16th.
-
If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us as soon as possible. We can process a full refund (less $25 processing fee) for cancellations that are at least four weeks before the start of camp. We will issue a 50% refund for cancellations that are 2-4 weeks before the start of the camp session.
Cancellations within two weeks of the start of camp are not eligible for refund. Exceptions may be considered in cases of extenuating circumstances.
We are happy to shift around sessions if we have space available in the new preferred camp session.
-
Children entering kindergarten can sign up for either our half day programs or full day, depending where you think they will be most successful.
